1. Our Commitment

Valu8 Asia wants everyone to be able to read our reporting and use our website, including people with disabilities. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and keep improving as we learn.

2. Accessibility Features on Our Website

  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Headings, landmarks and lists that describe the structure of each page.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Visible focus indicators for links, buttons and form fields.
  • Labels on every form field, with clear error and success messages.
  • Layouts that adapt to desktop, tablet and mobile screens and to larger text sizes.
  • Animations that respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting where supported.

3. Using the Keyboard

  • Tab and Shift + Tab move forward and backward through links and controls.
  • Enter follows a link or presses a button; Space presses a button and toggles expandable sections.
  • Esc closes the menu and search when they are open.

4. Adjusting Your Browser and Device

Your browser and device have built-in tools that work with our website:

  • Text size and zoom. Press Ctrl or Cmd with + to enlarge a page, or - to shrink it.
  • Reader view. Most browsers can show articles in a simplified view with your choice of font, size and colours.
  • Screen readers. Our site works with VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA and JAWS.
  • Dark mode and high contrast. Use your operating system settings to change colours.
  • Reduce motion. Turn it on in your system accessibility settings to limit animation.

5. Known Limitations

Some older articles, embedded third-party content and advertising may not yet meet every accessibility standard. We are working to fix these, and we will provide the information in another format on request.

6. Feedback and Contact Us

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or want content in a different format, please use our contact form. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
